Kelly has built her career on being the ‘voice of the customer’ through some of the worst customer experiences a large corporate can inflict on its customers. Her approach to improvements in experience design acknowledges that everyone is unique, and that flexibility, reliability and usability are universal needs. Born with a rare, genetic, eye condition, Kelly can legitimately claim to be “One in Million” and has been legally blind since birth. Kelly brings a perspective and humour to the world that makes accessible design, well… accessible.
